REGARDING DIA CHIP
Dia chip is an extremely thin scalelike pattern material composed primarily of ceramic raw material.
As a natural characteristic colored inorganic pattern material, according to various image and depending on the mixture of the color and particle it can express effectively the mystic natural rock or marble like quality feeling and heavy rock grain pattern. It create design and function which have not existed before and will extend possibilities into entirely new fields.

DM-2 type |
This is conspicuous grade and the average particle size is of large 1mm. The pattern clearly rise and is suitable to express color, design and quality feelings of natural rock.

DM-5 type |
This is the most largest grade and the particle size is coarse of 2mm~3mm. It is finished in dynamically risen pattern and are used in casting, mixing into paper etc. |
FUNCTION, USAGE DEVELOPMENT OF DIA CHIP
Dia Chip present good compatibility with syntetic resins, paints, emulsion binders and adhesive agents and moreover this pattern material features excellent adhesion. It can be used widely for plastics, injection molding, extrusion molding, casting, spray painting, sprinkling and mixing into paper etc.,

DIA CHIP APPLICATION EXAMPLES
Plastic kneaded pattern
Prominent especially in thermal stability and provides prominet characters of resistance ot solvents, chemicals, weather and moisture. Because of its natural scalelike shape and mat like hue feeling, it is extensively used as a coloring pattern material for synthetic resin.
Standard adding ratio ․Adding just a small quantity of 0.5%~3% to synthetic resin creates a natural rock grain pattern.
In polyester, acrylic gel coat
In the mixture of transparent gel coat, aluminum hydroxide, glass fibre and other additive add Dia Chip 1%~3% in weight proportion and when molded it will be finished in heavy pattern feeling of natural rock.

When mixed Dia Chip is sprayed on the surface of male type and female type, the pattern film can be finished thin. |

It is useful to lighten the weight of thin formed products and yet it will give heavy pattern feelings. |
Vinyl flooring material (Tile, Linoleum) cloth, board.
According to the usage purpose calculate the mixing proportion of PVC, resin color, plasticizer and stabilizer and by using banbury mixer mix until the resin color disperse completely between each vinyl compound layers.
Method to imporve pattern effect
․When suitable quantity of dia chip is added in transparent resin or in pale milk white colored resin, the marble like pattern will be finished solidly.
․In general when sheet or the molding product thickness is thick the adding ratio is decreased and in case if is thin the adding ratio is increased. Thus the pattern feeling will be more effective.
REGARDING CELL FLAKE
Cell Flake is chemically synthesized composed primarily of cellulose raw material and is entirely new highly fashionable pattern material. It is square, thin with flexibility and though dynamical, has shape of both dignity and grace. It can express spotted pattern easily which are unable by common coloring materials. The novel colors and patterns are good in compatibility with the elementary resin and produce vivid patterns effectively and keep possibilities of creating dreamful designs and fashions headed for future.

CELL FLAKE R-20 type |
This grade only the shape is random with 1mm~2mm in center and various sizes are mixed giving pattern material a natural effect. The largely risen pattern gives dynamical finish. |

CELL FLAKE APPLICATION EXAMPLES

Thermoplastic resin kneaded |
According to the desired pattern feeling add 0.1%~0.5% in PE, PP, GP, AS, ABS, Urethane and other general purpose resins. It can be used with whichever processing Method of dry blend method, dry color method or Masterbatch method. |

Vinyl chloride resin kneaded |
Add 0.1%~0.5% in phenol, urea, melamine resin and the pattern effect is obtained. |

Polyester gel coat |

Water pattern paint |
As a pattern material of emulsion family pattern paint, blend several colors adding 3%~10% and it will be colorful pattern paint with solid feelings. When titanium and pigment quantity is lessened the fog will disappear and can be seen clearly risen. |

Mixig into paper |
It is used as a pattern material for papers ranging from mass produced mechanized mixing method to craft paper made by traditional techniques involving a hand mixing method. |
