Recommendations for the user: - depending on the nature of the application and the effect required, the proportion of bronze to other inqredients will vary: for the sectors paints and inks: the proportions 1/3 copper and 2/3 other ingredients can be used as a starting formulation - for optimal dispersion results, ingredients ought to be added gradually - no high speed stirrer should be used in order to avoid shear forces which can damage the particles - for optimal results, PH of printing ink or paint formulation ought to be as neutral as possible - since metallic pigments are subject to oxydation, replace lid on drum after use and close tightly - in case of a paste, the drums need to be closed tightly at all times to prevent the paste from drying out - in case the product is mixed in a formulation that should have a certain shelve life, tests ought to be performed first with small quantities |
